RERA mean Real State Regulatory Authority

Every  real state project whether it commercial or residential  will have to registered except

1. The area of land proposed to be developed does not exceed 500 sq mt
2. The number of apartments  does not exceed 8
3. The promoter has received compilation certificate of the project before commencement of this Act.
4.  Any renovation project.
