How to generate e- Way ?
According to Goods and Service Act,2017 Section 68 read with rule 138 every consignment exceeding Rs. 50,000 need a prescribed document with a transporter who carried goods movement from one place to other place.
E-Way bill should be generated before movement of goods start.

ewbill portal is different portal from Goods and Service Tax portal
So that first you should registered him self on e-way bill portal with the help of GSTIN
After create user ID
And Password
you should login on E-Way bill portal
