Education/ Qualification:- · Manager (BD) = First Class MBA/ 2 Years PGDBM in Marketing or Equivalent Degree with At least 60% Marks. · Sr Officer (P&A) = First Class MBA with At least 60% Marks or Equivalent CGPA/ 2 Years PGDBM in HR/ Social Work/ MSW from any Recognized University/ Institute. · Sr Engineer (IT) = Two years Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ Applications OR Engineering Graduate in Computer Science & IT with At least 60% Marks OR Equivalent CGPA on Point Scale. · Sr Accounts Officer = CA OR CMA or 2 Years in MBA with Specialization in Finance with At least 60% Marks. OR Equivalent CGPA on Point Scale from any Recognized University or Institute. · Secretarial Officer = Associate Member of Company Secretary of India (ACS). At least 60% Marks in ICSI Exam. · Supervisor (P&A) = Graduate in any Discipline. · Jr. Programmer = Diploma in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Applications. · Jr. Accountant = CA (Inter / IPCC) OR CMA (Inter) or M.Com.
