Pushkar Singh Dhami to be the new Chief Minister: Uttarakhand new Chief Minister elected by the state legislature party as its leader on Saturday. He a elected as a Chief Minister after resignation of Mr Tirath Singh Rawat late on Friday.
Mr. Triath Singh Rawat had quit citing constitutional reasons because he is not a elected member of the Uttarakhand Assembly within the stipulated six month period.
He said that the constitutional crisis, i felt it was right for me to resign.
