Decision for 1354 flats on march 10, live streaming of lottery through live streaming
The draw of allotment of flats will be based on random number generration system and will be in the presence of DDA judges and senior officials. It has been linked to the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme under ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Housing for All (urban)’. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, there is a huge discount in getting this flat.
The draw of lottery will be taken out on 10 March for Delhi Development Authority (DDA) Housing Scheme 2021. DDA gave this information on Friday. The DDA will draw these draws for the categories of Dwarka, Jasola, Mangalapuri, Vasantkunj and Rohini in its various categories. In this statement, the DDA said, “For the allocation of flats under the DDA Housing Scheme 2021, the draw will be taken out from 11am on march 10. the draw will be done in the presence of senior officers and adjudicators of the DDA. “ The general public can also watch the live broadcast of this online scheme on their computer and mobile phones throug live streaming.
DDA has used its new AWAAS software
DDA Housing Scheme 2021 was launched on 2 january. 1354 flats are to be attotted under this scheme. This housing scheme of DDA is completely online. DDA is working form the application of this scheme to the allocation of flats through its newly created software AWAAS.
33.000 Applications for 1354 flats.
By the last date of application, 16 february, 33,000 application have been received for this. Of these 1354 flats, 254 flats ranging from Rs 69.6 lakh to 2.1 crore are to be allotted for the Higher Income Group (HIG). At the same time, for the middle Income Group (MIG), 757 flats ranging form 40.6 lamkhs to 1.4 crore are to be allotted in this scheme. Apart from this, 52 Lower Income Group (LIG) flats raning from Rs.17.7 lakh to Rs. 35.5 lakh and 291 flats in the public category are to be allotted. HIG flats are availble in three BHK and two BHK categories. At the same tie, MIG flats are available only in two BHK categories. LIG flats will be one bedroom.
