Extension of Companies Fresh Start Scheme, 2020.
Government of India ministry of corporate affairs has given a opportunity to fresh start scheme,2020 for those companies whose statutory compliance is pending for any reason first issued such circular no. 12/2020 dated 30.03.2020. In continuation to this Ministry General Circular No. 12/2020 dated 30.3.2020 in view of large scale disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic after due examination it has been decided to extend aforesaid
scheme till 30/12/2020.
