Extension of LLP Settlement Scheme, 2020

 

Government of India ministry of corporate affairs has given a opportunity to LLP Settlement scheme,2020 for those companies whose statutory compliance is pending for any reason first issued   such  circular no. 13/2020 dated 30.03.2020.  In continuation to this Ministry General Circular No. 13/2020 dated 30.3.2020 in view of large scale disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic  after due examination it has been decided to extend aforesaid

scheme till 30/12/2020.

So  LLP should take this opportunity for better future.
