Important GST Changes Applicable From 01.01.2021

According to Goods and Service recent   many changes will take place from 01.01.2021 due to misutilization of various provision of Goods and Service Tax Act,2017.

Such Amendments came vide notification no 94/2020- Central Tax .

Some of changes are given below:

1.Suspension/cancellation of GST Registration

2.ITC   for invoices not available reduce from 10% to 5% only

3. Compulsory GST  Tax payment is at least 1 %by cash

4. E-way bill travel time reduce by 50%

5.New GST registration
