Shotgun Wedding

Shotgun Wedding

Shotgun  Wedding is a new film.

This movie directed by Jason Moore is an action comedy which stars Jennifer Lopez, Josh Duhamel,ChhechMarin,Sonia Braga,Jennifer Colidge etc.

The movie is fun forthy not to be taken  seriously and is a fine bit of escapism.

Shotgun Wedding is good stuff regardless, Lopez Duhamel, and all the action Sequences ensure this is a solid celebration of love.

The film is  reminiscent of the recent Sandra Bullock/ Channing Tatum action comedy The Lost City.

The gun wielding pirates are looking to export a large sum of money from Darcy’s father and they will do whatever it takes to get the loot.

While the pirates have all the guest held captive in one location they have failed to secure the bride and groom.

Teamed up with Duhamel the two become the perfect pairing.

They work best on the screen.

A chocolate-covered cherry with alcohol inside is called “Shotgun Wedding.” It begins as a glitzy but only passably entertaining romantic comedy about a couple who both experience anxiety the night before their big day. The plot then conveniently moves to a tiny island near the Philippines that is too remote from the mainland to receive good cell reception, where the heroine and her fiancé attempt to rescue their parents and the rest of their wedding party from pirates who have invaded their nuptials. As the sun rises, the movie transforms into an action comedy.

In Shotgun Wedding, Darcy and Tom (Jennifer Lopez and Josh Duhamel) assemble their adoring but abrasive families for the ideal destination wedding just as the pair starts to have second thoughts. And if it weren’t enough to put the party in jeopardy, the entire gathering is suddenly held hostage, putting everyone’s life in peril. In this humorous, action-packed adventure, the phrase “‘Til Death Do Us Part” takes on a whole new meaning as Darcy and Tom must save their loved ones—if they don’t murder each other first.
