United nations security council members  to be expelled

United Nations security council is a powerful body in the all over World. The security council has primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security but now question arise in front of world whether security council achieved  its objects.  We can say not at all.  Although security council has 15 members and each member has one vote. Under the  United Nations charter all member states are obligated to comply with council decisions but it not apply on  America , China and NATTO  .America  can strike on any country in the world like Iraq, Agnathan. China  is free to occupy any county territories like Tibet,  and some part of India.

The Security Council takes the lead in determining the existence of a threat to the peace or act of aggression  from small country  only. It calls upon the parties to a dispute to settle it by peaceful. Some case the united security council can resort to imposing sanctions or even authorize the use of force to maintain  or restore international peace and security but these rules are applicable only on small country.

Now England say security council should  be expelled Russia form security council.

But England never say about America to be expelled from security council.

Now United nations security council  should be dissolved because it fail to achieves  it objects

Only India  is try to maintain peace in the international world  but unfortunately India is not a permanent members of security council. Some country did not want to  be a permanent member of united security council to India.
