What is ROC return filing ?

Every company registered with Ministry of Corporate affair need to report what is going on in the company to Central Government through Ministry of Corporate affair.

ROC returns are filed with  Ministry of Corporate Affair as mandatory forms filing like

MGT-7 Annual return,

AOC-4 Financial statement

DIR-3 Director KYC

every company need to file annually. Some forms are need to file  occasionally
